Commercial Support Processing Fee

Applied only if the activity is receiving commercial support (“educational grants”). Excludes commercial promotion (“marketing”/”exhibits”). Fee is NOT calculated based on total commercial support monetary amount the activity is receiving—only on the total of the activity invoice amount.

Invoices are generated upon CME approval of an educational activity. Please note that all Application Fees and fees listed under the “Additional Fees-All Learning Formats” section as stated above are non-refundable.

In the event an educational activity is canceled, the following refund policy applies:

 

ACS Chapter CME Fee Structure

Beginning on July 1, 2019, the following fees are in effect for Chapters:

Late Fee

$150 late fee if any of the deadlines related to the CME Credit Process are missed. Please note that this is a one-time fee of $150 (not $100 for each missed deadline).

 

Enduring Materials

For journals and internet-based enduring materials, the first year of accreditation is provided at no cost. The ACCME permits these materials to be offered for CME credit for up to three years.

If a Chapter chooses to offer the enduring material for a second year, an accreditation fee of $278 will apply. If the material is offered for a third year, an additional accreditation fee of $168 will be applied.
